RETURN POLICY

RETURNS

All returns must be initiated within Thirty (30) days of the order receipt date. The items you wish to return must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

 

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, kindly send us an email at info@porthomall.com. Attach 3-4 images of the defective product, the wrong product received, or any incorrect customizations. Once we receive these images, we'll conduct a thorough inspection and validate your order. Upon confirmation, securely place the item in its original packaging and ship the return to the following address:

REFUNDS

Upon receipt of your return and a comprehensive inspection of the item's condition, we will proceed to process your return or exchange. Please allow at least two to three (2-3) business days from the date we receive your item to complete the return or exchange process. We will notify you by email once your return has been processed.

 

EXCEPTIONS

Damages & Issues: Your order is eligible for a refund or exchange if the product delivered to you is damaged or if you received the wrong product or customization. Please examine your order upon receipt and reach out to us promptly to initiate a refund or exchange.

Personalized Products: Personalized items are not eligible for return or refund. However, they may be eligible for exchange if they arrive damaged, if the wrong product is received, or if there is an error in customization. Please note, the customer will be responsible for a minimal shipping charge for the exchange process.

Import Duty & Taxes: As the buyer, you are solely responsible for paying any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country's customs authorities. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost on our website. Please note that failure to pay these fees may result in delays or your package being held by customs. It's important to understand that failure to pay import duty will render the customer ineligible for a refund.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period: If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must remain in the same condition as when received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
